Maybe then I wouldn't have gotten SCREWED on my taxes.
Wah.
But hey, at least the state is getting another Cost of Living Allowance this year. This is the first time legislature has ever given a COLA two years in a row.
Maybe now I really CAN buy a house, or a least a condo.
