I am finding new gluten free goodies every day. Like these.....

Put them together and they make quite a tasty treat. I made one for Chas for his birthday, and he shared it with his roommate. He couldn't even tell it was gluten free. Horray for Pamela's, she is a gluten-free genius!

P.S. Chas is really 29, I was just messing with him a little, the old man that he is, he he he. Kidding!
